I've been wandering the streets of New Orleans this morning chatting to people about Halloween. People here don't care about pumpkins, trick or treat or ghosts.. Here its all about dressing up. The streets are lined with people in all sorts of fancy dress - not really spooky things - so I've decided to get into the spirit (in a mini way, a way that I can pack and still get to Mexico) and have got myself a mask! Meoww!
