It's time for bed. I've lost my voice and I'm tired and I'm cold!! Haha. This red light along the ricketty bridge across the swamp shows the path home... X

The path home...
This years program
This year's Rocking The Daisies is the 5th anniversary of the event - with more people, bands, stages and artists than ever. The organisers are extremely proud of the lineup they have created featuring a huge range of styles and genres to cater for all tastes throughout the day and well into the night. It's very good indeed!
Daniel and Danielle
Aww, not a very clear photo but here are this week's winners enjoying themselves in the main arena. I'm honestly really impressed with their attitude and enthusiasm this weekend. They freely admit that this mad onslaught of ska punk bands isn't their usual cup of tea - but they've embraced it all and were even down at the front rocking out with the locals earlier. Go team!! :)
Art jamming
This festival has a cool little tent near the main stage where people can buy canvases and do interpretive painting while watching bands perform. I just interviewed a "proper" artist called Fuzzy about his work and what he's doing at Rocking The Daisies. Video to come! (might give this painting thing a go myself later!)
Eco-tastic
This festival is all about promoting earth awareness and environmental issues. There are stalls selling clothing made from recycled materials and some people even walked to the fest from Cape Town (takes 2 days) to decrease their effect on the environment. Another initiative they have is to sell water bottles that you can then re-fill for free, therefore cutting down on the amount of waste and bottles here. This is a snap of me in our campsite with my bottle, that even has it's own carry case. Sweet!
Good morning!
Hello everyone. 9.30 here in South Africa and I'm having coffee in the makeshift breakfast area at the festival. Im camped in a kinda 'special' area which has loads of tents ready for people to stay in. Feels like a little community. Wish I lived here!
Yesterday was brilliant and also very very cold at night. I haven't packed properly and will have to invest in some gloves tonight! Myself and the winners went on a festival crawl and met loads of fun people at the mainstage bar before trying out the tunes in different tents. Today I washed my hair under a tap (standard) and am onto coffee number two. I have also lost my voice, oops. Music starts in half an hour - yey!

Hello!
In the fine tradition of the Trident Perpetual Festival I made a face out of food again - this time with chocolate and marshmallows on a crepe. Doesn't quite work does it... Ahh well ;)
Hello from South Africa!
It's nearly 6pm here in South Africa. I'm about an hour out of Cape Town in the middle of fields and vineyards. There's a bit of a chill in the air but I'm layered up and ready for the night ahead. This is the view on the main stage right now - a good statement I think :) This whole festival is beautiful and all the people seem really nice too - hooray!
What an amazing setting for a festival
Housed in an area called Darling - we are nestled right at the foot of some huge hills. This is going to be great!
My house
Hey ladies and gents. Here is my house for the next few nights - a pre-pitched tent as part of the Kreef "hotel" on site at the Rocking The Daisies festival. Even has a little mattress in it! Let's do this!
Welcome to south Africa!
Hooray! We have arrived in cape town and are driving over to the festival to begin our musical fun for the weekend. I'm with Danielle and Daniel - this weeks winners :) - who are very nice indeed!

Today is the start of week 19!
I am SO SO SO excited! I am heading off to Cape Town later for the Rocking The Daisies festival! Genuinely the most excited I have been so far - as I have never been to South Africa before, and cannot wait to see all the music at this festival!
Winners Danielle and Daniel (good names) are flying out with me later today and we are all packed and ready to go :)
Yipee!!

Final Ibiza photo..
Ibiza week two - all the photos!
Check out all the photos from week 18 of the Trident Perpetual Festival by CLICKING HERE! Loads of great views, mad people and incredible parties - hooray!
Here is a photo of me with one of the chaps who walks up and down the seafront advertising Pacha club. That sign is surprisingly heavy. Don't think I really have the looks/height/heels or tan for that job ;)

Brits abroad in Ibiza..
On my final night in Ibiza, I went to the infamous Cafe Mambo to watch the sunset - and chat to other Brits abroad about why they love visiting the party island - check it out!

Hanging at BBC 6music
This morning - now back in London - I headed over to the BBC 6Music studios to see my lovely pal Jo Good and have a chat on air about Ibzia and my international travels. Listen to her show at www.BBC.co.uk/6music or on digital radio!
