Fancy-dress in New Orleans!

People love to dress up at festivals - but until now, it's a phenomenon that i have only seen at UK events. However, combine sunshine with alcohol - and a Halloween weekend of festivities - and New Orleans can seriously match us to amazing dress-up-fun. Check out the photos and video report below:
